When querying the test plan, all known hazards are summarized and displayed in a table. This module is a valuable support when creating or optimizing company-specific test plans, including for the test planning of purchased articles.

The data is exported as a Microsoft Excel file (figure 11). The hazards are displayed in such a way that a four-stage model is proposed following a calculation using a stored algorithm. The evaluation can change daily if new data is added to the queried food, food contact material or feed.

The evaluation makes suggestions for sampling and testing. This should be done:

1. with every delivery (corresponds to the classification "critical risks")
2. every second delivery (corresponds to the classification "unacceptable risks")
3. twice a year (corresponds to the classification "conditionally acceptable risks")
4. once a year (corresponds to the classification "acceptable risks")
