This module was programmed at the request of many SAFEFOOD-ONLINE customers (figure 14). The self-entered data (e.g. own findings from the incoming goods reports or complaints) is available to all participants of their assigned user group (= name of the company) after the personal login. The data can be included in the evaluation. Other participants have no access to the entered data or notifications. This means that every company can work with all available SAFEFOOD-ONLINE data and also with internal company findings.

An article or a hazard not yet registered in SAFEFOOD-ONLINE, can be added individually, e.g. with the order number or the individual text.
